Has a low turnover rate, ie, low percentage of people quitting and needing to be replaced. Our personality and attitudes are two main categories of individual differences. Personality relatively stable set of psychological attributes that distinguish us. Our personalities affect organizations greatly, if you posses a lot of the following traits you"d be an asset. Conscientiousness (focus on few task, and do them well) Emotionality (whether you"re positive or negative person positive people do better with job stress and pressure)
