Discovered that personality for three of the five factors was significantly correlated with a person"s handshake. Neurotic participants tended to have a weak handshake compared to more emotionally stable participants. Michael ashton from brock university conducted a research study on whether there were higher order factors of personality and discovered there is no need for additional factor construction.
