Moivaion is irrelevant though it is oten used to show intenion by lawyers you can do bad acts with good intenions (ie. terrorist thinks they are killing a poliical leader with a good cause) Manslaughter culpable homicide that is not murder or infanicide is manslaughter unintenional but sill culpable homicide requires wither criminal negligence or an unlawful act.
