Note: three cases on judicial impact (pages: 179-186) The most important feature of judicial power is that another individual person must carry the judge"s words into actions. There are no officials to report or implement on potentials of non compliance. The impact of any decision goes through two different channels. This is the most important one if you have the misfortune to be directly involved but the other is the least interesting since that bears directly upon the immediate parties. Any decision will be given by someone any other than the judge. If the order is not carried out there will be further proceedings in front of that judge or another. Most persons comply, however it is difficult and time consuming to bring to the courts attention. It is important to note that courts are not equipped to act as on going thus they must rely on litigants.
