Physical symptoms: fatigue, digestive problems, sleeping troubles, headaches improve. and joint pains, mental confusion, memory problems, and irritability. People with this disorder tend to develop fears of the panic attacks they have. Individuals with these disorders react with intense fear to normal daily agoraphobia= don"t want to go out in public in fear of experiencing a panic. Anxiety disorders: characterized by fear responses that are out of proportion to the true threat stressors/ life challenges. Panic disorder: the state of anxiety is not constant but it occurs in extreme, unpredictable bursts of fear and dread, called panic attacks attack. Social phobia: chronic concerns over being judged negatively by others and a constant fear of being publically humiliated will be difficult to quickly escape social situations.
