Course text book is developmental biology, 9th or10th edition, by scott f. gilbert. Lecture notes (ppt slides) will be posted on the uw- learn site. Study questions will be posted on weekly or after each module. Expectation of student commitment to the course. I strongly suggest that you attend the lectures. A student should devote at least three hours per week to reviewing lecture notes and answering study questions. The exams will include both short answer (definitions, matching, distinguish between type questions) and longer. thought questions (compare, summarize, scenario type questions), in addition to multiple choice questions.
