Grahics should be instantly clear and focus on one idea. Sketches simpliied representaives(can look for clip art) Graphs (bar graphs are easy to understand and show comparison and contrast, can have dramaic visual impact: should show huge diference (but remember ethics) Textual graphics visuals that contain words, phrases, or numbers. When listener can see and hear, much easier to follow ideas. Don"t read slides, use small text, write full sentences, poor color choices, project complex diagrams/charts, use moving or lying text or graphics use blank slides for slides that don"t need aid profeed slides. Good presentaion aid is simple, easy to see, focuses on what is important, and well balanced. Colours blue represents power, authority and stability red signifals excitement or crisis (don"t use red unless you want to focus on debts or loss) green associated with both money and environmental concerns.
