Sender and receiver are part of communication process sender establishes message, encodes message and choses channel to send it. Success in communicating depends on writing skills and reading skills. Also includes speaking, listening and reasoning skills. Attitudes of sender and receiver toward each other will afect how message is transmitted and how its received: the message.
