Panic disorder: recurrent, unexpected panic attacks, signs, accelerated hearth rate, sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, feeling of choking, chest pain/discomfort, feeling dizzy, lightheaded, faint, de-realization or depersonalization, chills or hot flushes. Obsessive compulsive disorder: unwanted repetitive thoughts and behavior, obsessions: repetitive thoughts, symmetry, something awful happening, germs, compulsions: repetitive behavior, excessive hand washing, repeating rituals, repeatedly checking. Post-traumatic stress disorder: vivid flashbacks that make you relive stressful event, symptoms, social isolation, anxious, trouble sleeping, study found playing tetris minimizes flashbacks. Schizophrenia: chronic: you get it in adolescence or early adulthood, demonstrates more negative symptoms, acute: you get it after something traumatizing, responds better to treatment.
