Institutional development is a process that occurs over an extended period of time. Thus, viewing the dynamics of this process can help with the sights we may overlook. In other words, examining the causal processes that have a strong temporal dimension can bring more practices in what and how the social world works. It will remain concealed if we stay grounded. Context: a specific movement tends to be situated in temporal means and unfolds within the social process. Social sciences have undergone what is known as a decontextual revolution in terms of methodology and theory.
