Financial constraint: feel that they cant afford it if they are from low income families, even after student loans, less tutoring or encouragement or supervision behind this thinking that"s common among the low income students. Single parent households: low income parents experience financial problems that can make marriage difficult, divorce, children cant rely on parens for tutoring, encouragement, supervision, role-modelling, puts these children at a disadvantage. Health risks are always unevenly distributed, health is not just a medical issue is social. Health problems change over time, improved hygiene prevents spreading diseases.
