Document Summary

Endomembrane system is composed of endoplasmic reticulum, golgi complex, lysosome, endosome, and vacuoles. Each individual organelle function in the cell so it can work uniformly. Materials in the cell travel around in a transport vesicle bud from the er to the golgi, for example. The biosynthetic pathway is the normal pathway in which materials from the er travel to the. Golgi complex to lysosome or vacuole in plant cell out to the plasma membrane. It is known as the normal expected pathway because many of the protein synthesized travel in the manner discussed above getting discharged from the cell and out to the plasma membrane (secreted, exocytose). During constitutive secretion (continuous manner) materials are synthesized in the vesicles that takes it and releases it outside of the cell where it forms the extracellular and plasma membrane. Most cell go through this process of secretion.
