Most of the resources are poured into the creation of existing goods and increase of their improvement, also the increment of efficiency on the production process of said goods and service. Alternatively there are those business who seek to benefit the customer and provide them with what they want, this is said to be the customer focus: Customer focus: an orientation on determining the needs and wants of the customers in order to market and developed the goods and services that meet those wants.
