behaviours etc , work objectively to define these behaviours
The thought image, or self statement must be described clearly by the person engaging in the behaviour
Labels are NOT behavioural definitions
Behavioural excesses are undesirable cognitive behaviours that you want to decrease like paranoid
thoughts, suicidal thoughts, and low self confidence
Behavioural deficits are desirable cognitive behaviours that you seek to increase

Cognitive behaviours may function as establishing operations that influence the power of consequences
to function as reinforcers or punishers, there may be reinforcing or punishing consequences depending
on if this behaviour
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOUR MODIFICATION PROCEDURES
