Split labour market: racial/ethnic tensions and labour market segregation by race/ethnicity in terms of social structure and political power rather than individual prejudice. It is also conflict that develops between three key classes: business, higher paid labor, and cheaper labor. If cheap labor is unavailable, business may turn to mechanization, or try to relocate firms in the area of the world where the price of labor is lower. Social exclusion: (or marginalization), is social disadvantage and relegation (to send/exile) to the fringe (boarder) of society to be excluded from society in areas such as ones sexuality, gender, race, ethnicity, body image, etc. ; social processes create social boundaries within creating citizenship ** as immigrants are excluded from society because of their gender, race or ethnicity, they feel like they are not part of the countries.
