Document Summary

Figure 21. 1: cell development process in organisms: mechanism of pattern formation of organism development is a way in which an organism develops from single cell to multiple cells. This mechanism is totally under genetic control: zygote formation takes place by fertilization of two eggs. Zygote has the combination of dna from each gamete and it takes all of the genetic information from both gametes. Figure 21. 1: zygote (2n) formation from two gametes(n: development timing, morphogenesis is the process of origin of morphological characteristics. It results into a number of smaller cells: blastula is sphere of fluid filled cells that are named as blastomere cells. The blastula has the inner hollow fluid filled cavity that is referred as cavity blastocoele. Figure 21. 3: blastula formation from zygote after cleavage: gastrulation results when single layer blastula transforms into triple- layered structure named as gastrula.
