The Cell Cycle
The cell cycle is involved in duplication of a cell
Overview of The Cell Cycle
The Eukaryotic Cell Cycle is Divided into Four Phases
4 different phases:
S Phase: DNA replication
M phase: mitosis occurs
Mitosis: 1. Early mitosis: Prophase; DNA is condensed to sister chromatin
2. Metaphase: chromosomes line up in the center
3. Anaphase: chromosomes are spilt apart
4. Telophase: separation of the two daughter cells
G1 phase: between M and S phase
G2 phase: between S to M phase
G1, S and G2 are all part of interphase
