Jobs provides a person with the means to live in various different ways. Some faces unequal and unpleasant work environment while others are not able to find a job at all. Recessions generate unemployment due to employers unable to afford to pay the employees. Finding a new job is likely to result in decrease of wage. Outsourcing company moves to different location in search of cheaper labour. Working poor: low income individuals who may be drawing an income from a part-time job or other forms of precarious work. The number of immigrant men & women with university degree working in low wage jobs have increased between 1996 and 2006. De-professionalization: the tendency of immigrants to occupy jobs that under-utilize their experience and qualifications. This is due to the fact that they are not recognized: oversea qualification = of canadian education, 1 year of oversea job experience = 4 month of canadian job experience.
