Different processes involved in planning health promo programs and they vary based upon circumstances of planning situation. In part predicted by level of influence (i. e. intrapersonal, interpersonal, or community) and level of influence is often predicted on size of priority population. Community collective body of individuals identified by common characteristics such as geography, interests, experiences, concerns, or values. Communities can be defined by location, race, ethnicity, age, occupation, interest in particular problems, outcomes, or other common bonds. In recent years, shift in focus of work of planners and others in helping professions, once the work of planners focused almost solely on the individual, today focus is on broadening to community. Community-based, community empowerment, community participation, community partnerships and systems change are among the many terms used more frequently by health agencies, outside funders, and policy makers. Citizen participation bottom up, grassroots mobilization of citizens for purpose of undertaking activities to improve the condition of something in community.
