Sport management - a eld concerned with with the coordination of limited human and material resources, relevant technologies and situational contingencies for the ef cient production and exchange of sport services. You cant judge the product before obtaining it. Ex choising to go to a speci c university. Service cant be purchased and stored for future use. You miss a golf lesson, its just gone. Could be from personal experience, goals, life situation etc. Ex a player who is competitive may get more out of a competitive hockey league than someone who is just looking to play for fun. Has to be consumed as it is produced. Exception is things like oil change and dry cleaning which are separable.
