Process of clinical assessment similar to a funnel start with a bunch of info then it helps them determine the underlying problem which they can then function on and focus on the more relevant issues. 3 basic concepts that help determine the value of our assessments: The degree to which a measurement is consistent. You"d expect that same symptoms would result in similar diagnosis and treatment. Whether something measures what it is designed to measure.
