Ivan coyote"s speaking presentation was not what i initially expected. I"ll be honest; i had no knowledge of who ivan coyote was. Unknown to the ideas he identified with, i wasn"t confident that the experience would be truly beneficial or delightful. Undeniably though, it was very enjoyable listening to him speak last night. While empathizing with his stories, i developed an understanding for the type of person he is, an interest in his tales and life recollections, as well as an advocate belief in what he stands for. His stories, while comical and very engaging, all held a meaning and further understanding to them. Though each interpretation is subject to the prerogative of each individual who attended the event, there were underlying morals to be taken home by all.
