Retribution: making offender pay for his crime eye for an eye. Ex. victim offender reconciliation, sentencing circle, family group conferencing. Concurrent sentences received will be merged together into 1 and served simultaneously. Consecutive served in sequence one begins after the other ended. Intermittent served part time + no more than 90 days long.
