When organizations and businesses decide to go flat it makes an impact. It creates a surplus supply of baby boomer workers nearing to retire. It is up to the hr professional to make this work and balance it out. The most significant element of the demographic factor is the labour market. It must be closely looked at in depth by human resources employees.
