Marketing an organizational function and a set of process for creating, communicating, and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in ways that benefit the organization and its stakeholders. Marketing is the process of achieving individual and organizational objectives by creating superior customer value for one or more target markets w/ a sustainable strategy. Marketing is all about creating and delivering value, and doing this for all parties involves an exchange.
