The study of technology does not give emphasis to the creative processes of the design and implementation phase. Emphasis is given to the testing, developing and prototyping stages-most complex. When at&t invented the high-band radio frequencies, which meant people would be able to communicate, many people did not rush to the idea and take part in the trend. This could have been due to lack of knowledge. This happens through archives or memories of people involved: black box of design: many innovations occur behind closed doors it is difficult and sometimes impossible for researchers to get access to these new developments.
