Can reveal how one thought can unknowingly bring on another thought. Oten our thinking and acing are primed by events that we are unaware of: priming efects also occurs when simuli is presented subliminally. Much of our social informaion processing is automaic. Despite some laws in how we process informaion, we"re oten accurate. Because social percepions are in the eye of the beholder, a simple simulus can strike two people diferently. People oten perceive referees parial to the other side. Filmmakers manipulate how audience"s see a character by manipulaing the circumstances in which they see them. When we say something good or bad about someone else, people will construe that thought with us.
