As generations progress finding a position in your desired profession is becoming a lot more difficult. Certain causes of this could be lack of experience, limited knowledge of the profession and an egoistic denial and social structure. In a general sense men have always been the bread winner of the family bringing (in income to support them) while the women cooked cleaned and took care of the children. Eventually women began to come out of there stereotyped roles and broke out in to the labour force seeking jobs them self. However women compared to men are still fighting for equality, they should be given the same rights, privileges and opportunities that a male would in a profession. When questions were opposed people had their own views. In all three cases they shared their personal beliefs and strongly embraced how they felt about a various question on gender and work outside the home.
