Is coming and bringing ppl together; having a bond. Level of attraction ppl feel towards team and motivation to stay. Easier to agree on goals and work; more involvement; small group. If team does well, it"s easier to be a team; people like groups that. When team goes under stress, team bond to solve problem. Motivated to stay on team & achieve team objective. Team norms are consistent with organization objectives. When in a group, you tend to lose individual thinking.
