Also started using higher saxophones like soprano much more. Bitches brew was an extremely popular jazz rock piece he created. There was generally significantly more blues based riffs and tones. Davis would add his trumpet over funk tracks. Davis"s recordings here in this era were much more composed than they had been before. Hard tone, and used a wah pedal and phaser. Had a lot of high energy, and was due to high amp settings.
