If men and women want to know love, they have to want to know feminism. Without that way of thinking, one lacks the foundation to make love bonds. Disappointment with heterosexual relationships women"s liberation. Women left feeling betrayed by the promise of love and being happily ever after when they enter marriage. Some men change from charming princes to patriarchal lords. Women are bringing their bitterness and their rage to the feminism movement. Women changing the feminist concepts because of their emotions. The notion that female freedom could only happen if women let go of their desire for romantic love. Yearning for love was seen as a seductive trap that made women fall in love with patriarchal lovers. Author was shocked by the anger women had towards men yet understood their vantage points. Joined the feminist movement because of the response she had when her father"s dominant actions in the house.
