Today, many people are faced with being afraid to speak in front of others, simply because of the listener"s opinions. We spend much of our time trying to impress everyone around us, rather than realizing that people will form their own opinions, good or bad. These opinions are supposed to be formed in order for us to put the feedback into bettering ourselves. Think of a time when you had learned apprehension. A time in which i experienced learned apprehension was whenever i had to speak with an attorney. I learned to be apprehensive because i got myself worked up.
