Pay up to the amount you are profiting off of the pollution. Eliminates the discharge of pollutants into the water. Standards for equipment: bact: best available control technology. Wetlands: cwa prohibits filling and dredging of wetlands. Sets maximum levels for pollutants in public water. Must inform the public of the water source.
