The legal age at which a person can consent to sexual contact with an adult
Pedophilic disorder
An intense and recurrent sexual attraction (that may or may not have been acted upon)

Hebephilia
Attraction and arousal in adults focused on pubescent adolescents to postpubescent,

Attraction and arousal in adults focused on mid-to late adolescents approximately
between the ages of 15 and 19

A term preferred by some people with pedophilia
Also applies to adults who have an attraction to adolescents under the age of consent
that is illegal but does not meet the DSM age criteria for pedophilia
Child sexual abuse (CSA)
Adult-minor sexual contact by a person over the age of consent with a person under the
legal age of consent
Intrafamilial CSA
Sexual contact that occurs between an adult and a child where the adult is in a parental
or guardian type role
oStepparent, uncle, aunt, or spouse or the partner of the child’s mother or father
oOr where the perpetrator is an older sibling or other family member
Incest
Sexual contact that occurs between any close biological relatives including those of the
same age
