Have group therapy where everyone is in cages and are talking to a person from help. 16% of prisoners are people diagnosed with mental illnesses. Now considered a model for prisons in dealing with mentally handicapped. Mentally ill are housed in separate housing. They keep nurses, psychiatrists and medicine here for the care of the mentally ill. Brought to the infirmary for constant watch and acute care. Working on knowing the difference between mad and bad and how that affects their actions.
