Segregation of race is unconstitutional not until 1963 did kennedy voice his civil rights views which was after the horrors retaliation in the south. Some of the parts of the program were poorly conceived. John kennedy sees foreign policy as primary objectives but the civil rights movement pressures him to act ont eh domestic rights. Johnson sees domestic policy as his primary objective but things in vietnam make him have to be more foreign policy. Kennedy endorsed a more aggressive approach to foreign policy than. Ken and advisors became more and more concerned in keeping communism out of third world countries (underdeveloped countries) they would be very susceptible.
