Be honest and trustworthy and have integrity in dealing with others. Integrity: the loyalty to rational principles; it means practicing what one preaches regardless of emotional or social pressure. Respect the individual: factors contributing to ethical differences, leader moral identity. Ethical mind: a point of view that helps the individual aspire to good work that matters to their colleagues, companies, and society in general. Belief that retaining an ethical compass is essential to the health of the organization. State ethical beliefs and stick to them. Rigorous self-test to make sure values are being adhered to. Act quickly and strongly to unethical behaviors of others: fairness, power sharing.
