Attitude formation: cognitive information, affective/emotional information, past behaviors/experience. Cognitive information: beliefs: ideas we have about what is true or false. Past behaviors/experiences: if we have a positive experience, we are inclined to carry out the action again, if we have a negative experience we will avoid and tell others to avoid the same thing. Affective info attitude = behavioral intention behavior.
