Jesus made a covenant by delivering the israelites from slavery and made them his people. The covenant were commandments on how to treat others. One of the commandments says not to work on. Sundays which is the sabbath (day of rest). Pseudepigrapha is a falsely written attribute to the bible written by famous people that don"t really count.
