Moreover, mechanisms that would ensure cost containment would make it a lot more afordable for everyone and if the government increases expenditure on healthcare then the quality of healthcare would also improve. Finally, elements also include choice for paients and ease of administraion which makes the whole process a lot easier. Finally, the plans can either consist of a minimum acceptable insurance level whereby people are able to purchase more if they can aford it or one plan to it all. However, health care reforms to come with certain issues such as service coverage due to the fact that as services covered begins to increase the costs would also increase to produce the services. Moreover, iguring out who to cover within a populaion is also diicult to address because the populaion consists of many diferent types of people, including illegal immigrants and temporary workers.
