The medication error could have also been prevented by using the rights of administration, which include right medication, right dose, right time, right route, and right patient. Frandsen, 2016): i am not sure how i would have reacted. I would have had feelings of devastation, panic, and angry. I would have assessed the twins for any immediate medical attention. After assessing, i would report the medication error to the nurse manager.
