The defendant consistently watched m. s at her skating lessons through month of march. The defendant was charged with two counts of stalking and the circuit court of peoria found the defendant guilty. The defendant appealed this verdict because he argues that the trial court improperly construed the statutes, remaining present outside when it comes to be being inside the same primary structure.
