Document Summary
The group that showed the best learning over the three retention trails was group c. they were the group that was given a total of 61 trails. I came to this conclusion because they have the lowest retention scores overall. This could be because they completed the most amount trials, which means more practice. Questions: the results of this experiment demonstrates that there must be a balance kept between frequency. As aforementioned, as the delay increased, the slower a person completed the task. However, the increase in delay allowed for less errors to be made. In my opinion, the third group had the optimal results, having the least amount errors and only being a second slower than the fastest trial: the kr frequency this lab supports is task-intrinsic feedback. I say this because the optimal outcome of this experiment i believe is what group can complete the tasks the fastest with the least amount of errors.
