Sometimes there is a test case where someone breaks the law on purpose to find out from the supreme court to see if polygamy should be illegal. They decided unanimously that it should be illegal. People can mentally think whatever they want but supreme court can review on their actions (cid:1) 1930 cantwell v connecticuit jesse cantwell and his father were jahovahs witness got in trouble for public preaching without getting pre approved. What happened here was the people one.
