The natural evolution of ownership structures in business starts from the beginning of the entrepreneurs / founders themselves, who own 100% of the capital and hold their effective direction. Even in much more advanced evolutionary states, we find family businesses that have partially "privatized", allowing the entry of non- family capital into the business without, in any case, and losing effective control of ownership. These companies are characterized because both the ownership of capital and the effective direction of the business is 100% familiar. Its characteristic is that family control already exists only from the property of the company, as shareholders. They are not stadiums that have to go consecutively always and in this evolution, with the current market speed, technological changes and the speed of change of the environment makes the majority of companies are increasingly recent creation.
