Tara roach"s decision to terminate donna was not a fair decision in my mind because i believe that the housekeeping department would have found a way to make up for her absence in order to complete all tasks. I think tara took it a little too far but terminating. Donna, especially knowing that it was donna"s only daughter"s graduation from high school. I feel that tara could have worked with donna a little bit by maybe shortening her shift or letting her leave early: review the absentee policy. I think the absentee policy is not fair because if someone is truly sick and calls in sick in accordance with the policy, they should not even be construed to have voluntarily quit.
