Culture begins as a representation of what life is like and how people interact between each other. Culture dictates how people engage and understand their dynamics with each other. Corporate culture establishes multiple meanings and they frame an entire dynamic between large masses of people. First, the culture is what limits the way the company acts. When the corporate culture is founded this, then, dictates what the corporation can and cannot do. Without these limitations, the culture is deconstructed and the corporation becomes full of chaos. Second, the presentations of individuals within the corporation is controlled by the culture. While culture is not whole or divided, the images of individuals within the corporation is controlled by the climate. This does not mean that the individual perpetually presents as a part of the corporate culture, but while embedded within the corporation they are bound to this presentation.
