Imagine jumping off airplane, your heart races and you sweat can be thrilling but for people with anxiety disorder this is what they feel all the time and they are unhappy about it. Anxiety disorder: a psychological disorder characterized by excessive fear and anxiety in the absence of true danger feel tense and apprehensive. Problem solving and judgment can also be impaired. Harder to sleep, restlessness and pointless motor behaviors. Bodily symptoms such as sweating, dry mouth, rapid pulse, shallow breathing, increased blood pressure, and increased muscular tension.
