Cancer cells travel in blood and lymphatic system. They produce vitamins, c, a and e. Antioxidants repair dna damage caused by free radicals. Exercise generates antioxidant enzymes such as catalase. Helps manage free radicals similar to fruits and veggies. All throat cancer and liver cancer risk increases.
