Most migrants are migrating they know that there are barriers but they want to advance like the world towards liberal reforms. World globalization = migration globalization to places of economic development. They go there even if there are barriers in the way in order to adv. Bc their home countries don"t have liberal policies. Latin america and the caribbean have shown trends where people are leaving. One out of every ten are living outside their country of birth.
